Description

The Purpose of the Learning Programmes Policy is to define the principles, rules and guidelines that govern:

• Training needs analysis, designing and developing of learning materials, delivering learning, supporting learners and the review and evaluation of learning programmes within the Organization.
• The quality of learning provision and the plans to ensure that such quality is obtained.
• The management of outsourced partnerships with regards to design/development, delivery (on-site and off-site) and learner support.
• To ensure consistency in the quality of learning provision.
• To ensure clear and consistent descriptions of the ways in which the management of learning happens in practice.

To ensure alignment of learning programmes and learning provision to the principles of the NQF, the quality requirements of SAQA / QCTO and the relevant SETA for accreditation.
