Who can become a seller?
Anyone who owns original digital products can become a seller on Document Factory. Whether you're an educator, entrepreneur, designer, consultant, author or business owner, you're welcome to join our marketplace.
What digital products can I sell?
You can sell eBooks, templates, study guides, worksheets, planners, business documents, presentations, graphics, digital art, software resources, online courses, printables and many other downloadable digital products.
How do I become a seller?
Click the Become a Seller button, register your account, complete your seller profile and submit your application. Once approved, you'll be able to upload and publish your products.
Does it cost anything to become a seller?
Opening a seller account is free. Depending on the marketplace policies, commissions or subscription plans may apply when products are sold.
How do I upload my products?
Simply log into your Seller Dashboard, click Add Product, upload your digital files, add descriptions, pricing and preview images, then submit the product for review.
How long does product approval take?
Every submitted product is reviewed to ensure it meets our quality standards and marketplace guidelines. Most products are approved within a reasonable timeframe and you'll be notified once the review has been completed.
Can I edit my products after publishing?
Yes. You can update your product title, description, pricing, preview images and downloadable files whenever necessary through your Seller Dashboard.
How do customers receive their purchases?
Once payment has been successfully completed, customers receive immediate access to download their purchased digital products securely from their account.
When do I receive my earnings?
Your earnings are recorded in your Seller Dashboard. Payouts are processed according to Document Factory's payout schedule and payment policies.
Is there a limit to how many products I can sell?
No. You can continue adding new digital products as your business grows, provided they comply with our marketplace guidelines and quality standards.
Can I sell products I've already created?
Yes. If you own the intellectual property and have the legal rights to distribute the product, you can upload products you've created before joining Document Factory.
Can I sell the same product on other marketplaces?
Yes. Unless your products are subject to an exclusive agreement elsewhere, you are free to sell them on multiple marketplaces while maintaining ownership of your work.
How can I increase my sales?
Create high-quality products, use attractive preview images, write detailed product descriptions, choose relevant categories, price competitively and promote your products through your own marketing channels.
What products are not allowed?
Products that violate copyright, contain illegal content, malware, offensive material, misleading information or infringe on another person's intellectual property are not permitted on Document Factory.
