The purpose of this policy is to state the principles rules and guidelines that govern administration, physical structures and resources that relate to the provision of learning and assessment:

• Data base of learner records and information (Accurate capturing, maintenance and regular updating of learner information and records)
• Facilities, equipment and learning materials that support the learning & assessment process. (Management, maintenance and upgrading of facilities, resources and materials).
