3.1. Payout Schedule: Sellers payout will be deposited into their withdrawal methods of choice on the 1st of each month.  However, sellers can also request payouts for their available balance once during a month (mid-month), subject to the payout schedule outlined in the platform’s Payment Terms.

3.2. Payout Fees: Payouts may be subject to processing fees, depending on the chosen payout method. These fees will be communicated to sellers during the payout request process.

4. Currency Conversion

4.1. Currency Conversion Fees: If a transaction involves a currency conversion, additional fees may apply. The applicable fees will be clearly communicated during the transaction process.

5. Taxes

5.1. Tax Responsibilities: Sellers are responsible for determining and remitting any applicable taxes associated with their transactions. Documentfactory.co.za may collect and remit certain taxes on behalf of sellers based on applicable laws.

6. Fee Adjustments

6.1. Promotional Discounts: Documentfactory.co.za may offer promotional discounts on fees for a limited time. The terms and conditions of such promotions will be communicated on the platform.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks
