Fee Schedule

Thank you for choosing DocumentFactory.co.za as your online marketplace. To support and maintain the platform, a fee will be charged for each item sold on DocumentFactory.co.za. Please review the following Fee Schedule:
Commission Fee: 15% per Item Sold
For every item successfully sold on DocumentFactory.co.za, a commission fee of 15% of the total selling price will be deducted. This fee is applicable to all types of documents, templates, or products listed on the platform.
How Fees are Calculated:
Total Fees = (Item Selling Price * 15%)Â
Payment Schedule:
Fees will be automatically deducted from the seller’s account balance at the time of each transaction. Sellers will receive the remaining balance after the deduction of fees. It’s important to ensure that your account has sufficient funds to cover the applicable fees.
Fee Examples:
If an item sells for R100, the commission fee will be R15.
Total Fees = (R100 * 15%)Â
If an item sells for R500, the commission fee will be R50.
Total Fees = (R500 * 15%)Â
Note:
- The Fee Schedule is subject to change, and sellers will be notified in advance of any modifications.
- It is the responsibility of the seller to manage and maintain accurate account information to ensure the proper calculation and deduction of fees.
- Refunds or cancellations may result in the adjustment of fees. Refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
