1. Eligibility

1.1 The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older who sign up as a vendor on Document Factory between 15th August 2025 and 20th August 2025.
1.2 Employees of Document Factory, their immediate families, and anyone professionally associated with the competition are not eligible to participate.
1.3 Participants must reside in South Africa and have a valid South African bank account to receive the prize.

2. Competition Period

2.1 Sign-Up Period: 15th August 2025 – 20th August 2025.
2.2 Selling Period: From the date of vendor account approval until 31st August 2025.
2.3 All sales must be completed within the selling period to be counted.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Sign up as a vendor on Document Factory during the sign-up period.
3.2 List and sell your digital products on the Document Factory marketplace.
3.3 The vendor with the highest number of products sold by 31st August 2025 will be declared the winner.

4. Product Ownership & Permissions

4.1 All digital products listed and sold on Document Factory must be the vendor’s original work or the vendor must hold valid written permission or licensing rights from the rightful copyright owner.
4.2 Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to sell their products.
4.3 Document Factory does not accept responsibility or liability for any copyright infringement, trademark violation, or other intellectual property disputes arising from products listed by vendors.
4.4 Any vendor found to be selling pirated, plagiarized, or unauthorized content will be disqualified from the competition, have their products removed from the platform, and may have their vendor account suspended or terminated.
4.5 Document Factory reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and provide information regarding vendors engaged in illegal sales activities.

5. Prize

5.1 The prize for this competition is R1000 (One Thousand Rand).
5.2 The prize will be deposited into the winner’s South African bank account on 1st September 2025.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other form of reward.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

6.1 The winner will be determined based on the highest number of completed product sales during the selling period.
6.2 In the event of a tie, the vendor with the highest total sales value will be declared the winner.
6.3 The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone on 1st September 2025.

7. General Conditions

7.1 Only sales recorded and confirmed through the Document Factory platform will be considered.
7.2 Document Factory reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and the authenticity of sales.
7.3 Any fraudulent, suspicious, or artificial sales activity will result in immediate disqualification.
7.4 Document Factory reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
