1. What is Document Factory?
Document Factory is an online marketplace where you can discover, purchase, and instantly download high-quality digital products created by independent sellers, professionals, educators, and businesses.
2. What products can I buy?
You can find a wide variety of digital products, including:
Business templates
CV and résumé templates
Study guides
eBooks
Educational resources
Legal document templates
Marketing materials
Financial spreadsheets
Planners and journals
Printable resources
AI prompts
Graphic design assets

3. How do I purchase a product?
Browse or search for a product.
Open the product page.
Click Add to Cart or Buy Now.
Complete the secure checkout process.
Receive instant access to your download after payment is confirmed.
4. How do I download my purchase?
After your payment has been successfully processed:
Visit My Account > Downloads, or
Use the download link provided on the order confirmation page or in your confirmation email.
5. Will I receive a physical product?
No. All products sold on Document Factory are digital downloads unless otherwise stated.
6. Which payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods may vary by region and payment provider but can include:
Credit and debit cards
EFT (where available)
Digital wallets
Other secure online payment methods supported during checkout
7. Can I purchase without creating an account?
Yes, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account is recommended because it allows you to:
- Access previous purchases
- Re-download files
- Track orders
- Save favourite products
8. Can I download my files again later?
Yes. Purchased products are available through your account, subject to any applicable product or licensing terms.
9. I haven't received my download. What should I do?
First:
- Check your spam or junk email folder.
- Log in to your account and visit the Downloads section.
If you’re still unable to access your purchase, please contact our support team at: support@documentfactory.co.za.
10. What if a file won't open?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll work with the seller to provide a replacement file or another suitable solution where appropriate.

11. Can I share purchased products?
No. Unless the product licence specifically allows it, purchases are intended for your personal or authorised business use only and may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or uploaded elsewhere.
12. Do you offer refunds?
Because digital products are available immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available.
However, refund requests may be considered in situations such as:
Duplicate purchases
Corrupted files
Incorrect products
Products that differ significantly from their descriptions

1. How do I become a seller?
Click Become a Seller, complete the registration process, and submit the required information. Once your account is approved, you can begin uploading products

Products must comply with our marketplace policies.
4. How much does it cost to sell?
Selling on Document Factory is completely free, however we charge a 15% commission for every sale. Please visit our Seller Pricing page for the latest information on subscription plans, commissions, and fees.
5. How do I upload a product?
From your Seller Dashboard:
- Select Add Product.
- Enter product information.
- Upload preview images.
- Upload your digital files.
- Set your price.
- Publish your listing.
6. How do I get paid?
Your earnings will be available in your Seller Dashboard and paid according to the payout schedule and payment method selected in your account.
7. Can I update my products?
Yes. You can edit descriptions, pricing, images, and digital files whenever necessary.
8. Who owns the copyright?
You retain ownership of your intellectual property. By listing products on Document Factory, you grant us permission to display and distribute your products to customers in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
9. Can I remove my products?
Yes. You may remove or unpublish your products at any time, subject to existing customer purchase rights.
10. What happens if someone reports my product?
Our team will review the report and may contact you for additional information. Listings that violate our policies may be removed while an investigation is conducted.
